Queremos incorporar Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer un perfil técnico al que le apasione el sector y que cuente con una experiencia mínima de 2 años en REDES y SISTEMAS.¿Cuáles serán las funciones a desempeñar?Implementación y documentación de proyectos de redes, sistemas y ciberseguridad.Soporte técnico a clientes de servicios gestionadosAnálisis, resolución y/o escalado de incidentes de ciberseguridadParticipación activa en la mejora continua del equipo.Requisitos del puesto:2 años de experiencia en implementación de proyectos de IT o tareas de soporte a cliente (N1 y N2)Deseable conocimientos en entornos Cloud (Azure, AWS), virtualización (VCenter, Horizon, FSLogix, VMware DEM), sistemas (MS Windows, GPOs, AD, EntraID, OneDrive) y redes.Deseable Conocimientos de Ciberseguridad (Firewall, MFA, XDR)Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Capacidad de aprendizaje, motivación y ganas de seguir creciendo profesionalmente.Orientación a cliente, cercanía y transparencia.Se valorará positivamente:Titulación universitaria o Grado Superior en Administración de Sistemas Informáticos y Redes, Ciberseguridad.
