This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new, purpose-built and expanding campus with exceptional facilities, and to help shape a forward-looking school with high ambitions for both pupils and staff.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver engaging and high-quality music lessons across the Primary phaseInspire pupils and ensure high levels of engagement and participationMonitor and support pupils’ academic, social and emotional developmentAssess progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to pupils and parentsPlan and deliver termly music performances (e.g. Christmas and Summer concerts)Contribute to pastoral care and the wider life of the schoolSupport the Head of Faculty and senior leaders as requiredTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVEDegree in Music or a related subject, with the right to workExperience teaching Music in a primary setting (British curriculum desirable)Strong classroom practice and excellent organisational skillsConfidence using ICT to support learningA positive, flexible attitude and a genuine passion for music educationSAFEGUARDING STATEMENTInspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
