Your Mission Shape the Future : Build data frameworks that help us ask better questions, solve bigger problems, and scale smarter. Uncover Insights : Dive deep into user behaviors, trends, and market dynamics, connecting the dots others might miss. Make Data Actionable : Craft dashboards and reports that empower teams to make decisions confidently and quickly. Collaborate to Win : Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to make every feature launch data-driven and impactful. Refine Experiences : Lead A/B testing and experiments that optimize the customer journey and maximize engagement. In 6 months, you'll: Have streamlined how our teams access and use data. Delivered insights that shape major product decisions. Designed A/B tests that directly improve user engagement metrics. Become the go-to person for data clarity, reliability, and creativity. Requirements We don't expect you to tick every box, but here's what we're hoping to find: 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a similar field. A strong command of SQL , Python , and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau . Expertise in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar). Proven success designing and analyzing A/B tests . A knack for turning complexity into clarity, your reports don't just explain the 'what,' they uncover the 'why.'
