Symrise - always inspiring more… The Role As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist within the South Europe Regulatory Affairs team (covering France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece), you will manage regulatory requests for a large and strategic customer portfolio, with a particular focus on the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with internal Sales and Technical teams to deliver efficient and responsive regulatory support. Representing Symrise's regulatory expertise both internally and externally. Acting as the primary regulatory contact for customers, providing consultancy and responding to regulatory inquiries. Serving as the internal regulatory expert, informing and training Sales and Technical teams on regulatory developments. Coordinating and preparing regulatory documentation for customers. Leading global regulatory coordination for one of our key global accounts. Representing and advocating for Symrise's interests within the Spanish National Flavor Association. About you Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in the flavor industry, food industry, or regulatory affairs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
