At ING we are looking for a Employee Benefits Expert Your role and work environment: As an Employee Benefits Expert you will: Own the end-to-end management of employee benefits and flexible compensation programs, such as meal vouchers, transport, childcare, training, health insurance, company car, pension plans, savings and insurance products. Assess and manage the tax, payroll, and Social Security impact of each benefit and flexible compensation component, translating benefit choices into correct payroll concepts: earnings, deductions, taxable and non‑taxable elements. Ensure compliance with Spanish labor, tax, and Social Security legislation. Act as subject-matter expert, advising HR, Finance, and employees on benefit-related matters. Ensure high data quality, governance, and reporting standards. Ensure accurate data flow between benefits, payroll, taxation, and Social Security reporting. These are some of the qualities that we value the most for this role. Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law, tax regulations, and Social Security framework in relation employee benefits. High level of English (working language; Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
