Innovation, customer orientation, and excellence are the core values driving our continuous growth and keeping us at the forefront of space exploration.What is it like to be an Environmental Test Engineer at DHV Technology?As an Environmental Test Engineer at DHV Technology, you will play a key role in the preparation, execution, and documentation of structural and thermal environmental tests for our space solar panels and other subsystems. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all components meet the highest quality and performance standards under simulated space conditions.Responsibilities:As an Accountant at DHV Technology, your main responsibilities will include:Travelling frequently to external laboratories to support test execution and coordination.Preparing Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports for assigned projects.Executing vibration, shock, and vibro-acoustic tests in internal or external testing facilities.Conducting vacuum and thermal cycling tests (TVAC, bake-out, etc.).Ensuring test readiness, including tools, resources, and schedule alignment.Supporting specimen shipment and logistics in collaboration with Project Managers.Ensuring proper documentation, including relevant and traceable technical information.Making operational decisions during testing campaigns that do not compromise timelines or performance.Demonstrating ownership and proactivity throughout the test campaigns.Collaborating effectively with team members and contributing to a positive working environment.Education and Requirements:To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Aeronautical Engineering.At least 1 year of experience, preferably in environmental or test-related roles, regardless of the industry.English fluency (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.Availability for frequent travel to external test facilities or customer locations.Technical CompetenciesCandidates should demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the following areas:Knowledge of environmental testing standards and procedures (e.g., ECSS, NASA).Familiarity with dynamic analysis concepts: random and sinusoidal vibrations, shock, etc.Experience or understanding of thermal and vacuum test setups and conditions.Proficiency in SolidWorks (mechanical modeling and design).Soft SkillsWe are looking for candidates with the following attributes:Strong technical task management under supervision.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Proactive attitude and ownership of responsibilities.Attention to detail and a high commitment to quality.Problem-solving abilities in dynamic and deadline-driven environments.What we offerA full-time, on-site role based in Málaga, Spain.Immediate start date.Joining a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team.Working on exciting international projects in the space sector.Relocation package for national and international mobility.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Ready to Shape the Future of the Space Industry?If you're passionate about electronics and space technology and want to join a fast-growing, innovation-driven company working on high-impact international projects, DHV Technology is your place.Apply now and be part of the future of space. xohynlm We're waiting for youBasic data protection informationThe data provided in this selection process will be communicated to DHV Technology for the purpose of including your application in current or future recruitment processes, as well as to keep them informed of job offers that may fit their job profile.
