Work Schedule : Monday - Friday during regular business hours Permanent contract Portuguese (Brazil) and English We are looking for Portuguese (Brazil) speakers to join us on a new innovative and interesting project to improve Artificial Intelligence and technology that makes our everyday lives better (i.e., As a Language Data Annotator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities of AI-driven virtual assistants, specifically focused on improving speech recognition software. In this role, you will analyze and evaluate user requests to a virtual AI assistant, ensuring the accuracy and quality of interactions between the virtual assistant and users. Your primary responsibility will be to create, review, and refine language data to train the AI model, helping it better understand and respond to a wide range of user inputs. Key tasks include identifying and reporting issues, inconsistencies, or errors in the AI's performance, and providing detailed feedback to guide its ongoing development. Your expertise in language and keen attention to detail will ensure that the virtual assistant delivers accurate, contextually appropriate, and natural-sounding responses. Idiomatic fluency in Portuguese (Brazil). Great cultural awareness of the targeted locale (Brazil). Excellent writing and spelling skills of Portuguese (Brazil) and English languages. Language education background or relevant experience in data analysis, labeling and/or annotation is considered a plus. Data Annotation and Labeling: Accurately annotate and label large volumes of language data to train and improve AI-driven speech recognition and natural language processing models. Quality Assurance: Review and analyze user requests to a virtual AI assistant to ensure they meet quality standards, identifying any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or errors in the assistant's responses. Identify, document, and report issues or bugs related to the tools we use and AI's performance, providing detailed descriptions and examples to guide the development team. Collaboration: Work closely with management and engineers to provide insights and suggestions that inform model updates and improvements. Confidentiality and Data Security: Strictly adhere to confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive information and ensure the privacy and security of all data handled. Computer literate with the ability to efficiently navigate the Mac environment, including proficiency in using MacOS features and tools. Strong familiarity with Apple's iOS and native Apple applications, including an understanding of their features and functionalities. #
