The Marketing team plays a key role in driving brand growth, developing strategies that delight consumers while supporting commercial success. Job overview: As a Product Manager , you will support the Brand Manager in shaping the future of the most iconic lollipop brand in the world. Your core responsibilities at a glance: Help drive business results for the full P&L managed by the Brand Manager. Collaborate on brand strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensuring all consumer touchpoints reinforce brand equity. Analyze Nielsen , SAP , and competitive data to assess brand performance, monitor market share, and identify growth opportunities. Develop product and communication strategies based on consumer insights, supporting promotional initiatives and brand activations. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing plans, including product development tools. Contribute to forecasting of new product launches and promotions. Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively. The ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle – is this your flavor? Dynamic – With operations in 30+ countries, we’re constantly evolving. The ideal recipe for our new Product Manager: Education: Bachelor's degree (Economics, ADE or similar). Master’s in Marketing / MBA is a plus. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a functional Marketing role within FMCG; experience in the food sector and close collaboration with sales teams (traditional & modern trade) is a strong plus. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience using Nielsen , SAP , or other market analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing market trends.
