About the roleThe HR Specialist will ensure full legal compliance while enhancing the employee experience across our organization. This role is key to delivering mandatory HR projects (Equality Plan, Digital Disconnection Protocol, etc.), strengthening internal communication, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. In this role, you’ll bring your analytical strength, leadership experience, and user‑centric mindset.
