The role involves active monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal and external teams to guarantee service availability and performance.Incident Management:Resolve critical and high-impact incidents, implement workarounds, perform root cause analysis, and document technical solutions.Manage and resolve requests, incidents, and inquiries in compliance with SLAs using tools like Remedy .ITIL Process Compliance:~ Apply change, problem, and configuration management principles according to ITIL standards.Monitoring & Maintenance:Ensure continuous monitoring of systems and services.Define procedures for event monitoring and alert handling.Maintain updated technical documentation, network diagrams, and site lists.Communicate effectively with suppliers and manufacturers for incident resolution and technical support.Propose initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and configurations.Level 2 Console Management:~ Prepare compliance evidence and assist in internal/external audits.Certificate Management & Provisioning:SDN Networks:VMware NSX ControllerJuniper NetworksExperience: Minimum 5+ years in SDN network operations.VMware NSX Advanced
