Field Technical Support Role: As a key member, you'll provide frontline support by resolving customer problems and issues through technical expertise and troubleshooting. You'll be part of the Customer Care function located in Galicia and work remotely.

Responsibilities: Develop knowledge of the industry, company, products, tools, and team. Participate in key projects to deliver successful installations for customers. Perform troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

Requirements:

  • Technical or University degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English
