As a Becario Diseñador/Desarrollador Power BI, you will join our IT team and collaborate in the design, conceptualization, and development of control panels in Power BI. The primary objective will be to help visualize and analyze the key metrics of the IT department's management, facilitating a clear understanding of the data and accelerating strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for students with an interest in data analysis, information visualization, and the development of practical tools for business management. Responsibilities: Create dashboards and interactive reports that visually represent the key metrics of the IT department. Ensure that the panels are intuitive, visually attractive, and aligned with the organization's internal needs. Análisis and Conceptualización de Datos: Collaborate with the IT team to identify the most relevant metrics for department management. Design data models that facilitate analysis and allow for rapid interpretation of the information. Optimización and Automatización: Implement solutions that allow for the automatic updating of data in the panels. Ensure the integration of Power BI with other tools used by the IT team. Colaboración and Feedback: Work closely with the metric owners to understand their needs and adjust the panels according to requirements. Collect user feedback and make continuous improvements to the reports. Requisitos: Enrollment in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Basic or intermediate knowledge of Power BI (desirable experience in creating reports or dashboards). Familiarity with data analysis and basic concepts of information visualization. Basic knowledge of database tools and Excel. Intermediate or advanced English. Analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
