About The Role**We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to drive the governance of AI initiatives across the IH organization. This role will oversee the AI Governance Operating Committee, manage intake and progression of AI use cases, lead education and awareness efforts, and ensure effective stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.**Governance & Oversight**Chair and manage the IH AI Governance Operating Committee, ensuring alignment with enterprise AI policies and risk frameworks.Develop and maintain governance structures, documentation, and reporting mechanisms for AI initiatives.Ensure data lineage and provenance are traceable for all AI inputs.Work with the Intake and Finance team to ensure end to end value governance and Return on Investment delivery.**Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely review and advancement of AI projects.Education & Enablement**Lead the development and delivery of AI education programs tailored to various stakeholder groups (business, technical, compliance).Stakeholder Management*** Serve as the primary liaison between IH teams, enterprise AI governance bodies and senior management.* Facilitate communication and alignment across business units, data science teams, legal, compliance, and risk partners.**Qualifications:*** Proven experience in AI governance, data strategy, or enterprise risk management.* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and governance forums.* Familiarity with intake workflows, project tracking tools, and educational program design.* Preferred Qualifications:*** Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.* Why You'll Love Working here*** Competitive salary* Multicultural and hybrid working environment* Private Medical Insurance* Employee Wellbeing Benefits* Educational Development Program**About Cigna Healthcare**Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
