ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute marketing strategies that drive our ZYCLE and WOLTIO brands in international markets. You will work closely with specialized external agencies that support execution across paid media, creative, social media… KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy and Execution Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies. Plan and manage multichannel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing assets (videos, carousels, infographics, newsletters, and social media content). Manage influencer collaborations and co-marketing initiatives, including selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance tracking. Plan and manage sponsorships and collaborations with key industry partners to expand brand reach. Coordinate and oversee external agencies (social media, creative, public relations), ensuring brand alignment, content quality, and on‑time delivery. Review and guide agency work to ensure consistency, innovation, and excellence. Performance and Analytics Monitor key marketing KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversion, CPA, etc.) and generate actionable insights for strategic decision‑making. Implement A/B testing, growth hacking, and agile methodologies to improve results. Utilize analytics and CRM tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.) to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities. Brand Collaboration and Management Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing activities with business objectives. Support international trade shows, events, and brand activations. Requirements University Degree in Marketing or Higher Level Vocational Training Cycles. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in consumer electronics, sports technology, or automotive. Experience managing external agencies, influencer marketing, and managing sponsorships and strategic partnerships. Proficiency in digital channels: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, SEM, and CRM platforms. Advanced skills in design and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite). C1 level of English or higher (excellent written and spoken communication).
