We support a global med‑tech enterprise (HQ Germany) in a multi‑year digital HR transformation and the global Workday rollout across 60+ countries and 40,000+ employees.We Are HiringJunior Consultant (Workday)Location: Spain (Remote) – 100% remote from your home base in Spain (not intended for continuous travel).Mandatory requirementYou are resident in Spain (no employment outside Spain).ResponsibilitiesCreate Workday end‑user enablement materials (quick reference guides, click guides, step‑by‑step instructions)Produce Workday explainer videos with step‑by‑step guidance for end usersSupport communication assets such as FAQs, intranet articles, email templates and short updatesBuild and refine PowerPoint presentations for enablement sessions and stakeholder updates (HR management, senior leaders, executives)Coordinate reviews and keep deliverables up to date (versioning, documentation, content quality)Collaborate closely with a small, international team of internal and external colleaguesQualificationsMust‑haveWorkday experience as an end user (TOP priority); implementation exposure is a strong plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent PowerPoint skillsFluent (business‑level) German and English, written and spokenStructured, reliable working style and a passion for creating clear, modern contentNice‑to‑haveGood Spanish skills; additional languages are a plusExperience in HR IT projects, training, change, or internal communicationsExperience creating video‑based click instructions (e.g., Clipchamp, Synthesia, etc.)Long‑term role within a large international programHigh flexibility in working hours (within an international project environment)Fast learning curve and direct collaboration with Senior ConsultantsSmall, dynamic team with short decision paths and a pragmatic mindsetHow to applyPlease send your CV or LinkedIn profile.
