What you will do. This role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of top IT and digital talent across multiple countries, supporting the company’s global growth and innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, the role contributes to the design and delivery of best-in-class recruitment processes, while enhancing Global Blue’s employer brand in competitive technology markets.
