Per conto di una grande realtà partner italiana operante a livello internazionale nel settore dell'ingegneria civile, ricerchiamo un HSE/Site Manager da inserire su un importante progetto a Barcellona (Spagna) . La figura sarà responsabile della gestione complessiva del cantiere, con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza, salute e ambiente, coordinando tutte le attività operative nel rispetto degli standard aziendali, delle normative locali e dei tempi di progetto. RESPONSABILITA' Pianificare e coordinare le varie fasi operative del cantiere. Gestire le risorse impegnate e pianificare l’uso di macchinari e attrezzature di cantiere, monitorando la qualità e l’avanzamento dei lavori. Monitorare il progresso complessivo del progetto e adottare azioni correttive quando necessario. Garantire il rispetto delle normative HSE spagnole e delle procedure interne. Formare e sensibilizzare il personale su tematiche di sicurezza e prevenzione. Gestire i rapporti con clienti, fornitori e autorità locali. Redigere la reportistica periodica HSE e gestire eventuali incidenti o non conformità. Collaborare con l’ufficio tecnico per pianificare ed eseguire le attività di cantiere. Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Ambientale o diploma tecnico equivalente. Esperienza minima di 5 anni in ruolo analogo nel settore delle fondazioni speciali o infrastrutturale. Ottima conoscenza delle normative HSE spagnole e degli standard internazionali. Conoscenza fluente della lingua spagnola. Disponibilità a lavorare full time in cantiere a Barcellona. Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato oppure tariffa giornaliera/oraria tramite P.IVA; Strumenti di formazione sia per le hard che soft skill; Follow-up costanti con il team HR e con il proprio Business Manager; Un piano di crescita professionale in un ambiente dinamico e stimolante.
