The HCP Data team is the internal product that caters to all customer-facing external products for the Veeva Link suite of products. The Manager is responsible for leading 11+ different streams and managing a team of 8+ leads, collaborating with cross functional stakeholders across product management, data science, engineering.You should be a university graduate with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive learner, and interested in building a long-lasting career in an international, hypergrowth tech company. You should have a strong track record in developing people and processes with a strong understanding of data. We care about a great cultural fit; you should enjoy working at speed in multi-cultural teams. Please note that Veeva is unable to provide sponsorship for employment visas.What You'll Do Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, ensuring clear communication, engagement, and alignment toward shared goals Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of Veeva Link products and initiatives Identify, conceptualize, and implement process improvements to enhance product performance with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
