The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations on the construction or project site. Must be a Technical Architect. Their primary duty is to ensure that work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. And leading the post sales service & maintenance in long term. Descripción de la oferta a) Site Management: · Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. · Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. · Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. b) Team Coordination: · Manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. · Assign tasks and ensure that all team members understand their responsibilities. · Conduct regular briefings to keep the team updated on project progress and safety measures. c) Quality Control: · Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards. · Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues. · Maintain detailed records of site activities and inspections. d) Health & Safety Compliance: · Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. · Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments. · Provide guidance and training on safe work practices. e) Reporting & Documentation: · Review the monthly certification submitted by contractors. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. · Maintain accurate records of site activities, deliveries, and incidents. · Ensure that all documentation is completed and submitted on time. Perfil del candidato Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in using project management software and tools. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Daily Tasks and Reporting Procedures: Cost Control / Certification review & approval. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project plans. Hold daily briefings with site teams. Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site. Document and report any incidents or issues. Liaise with clients.
