Senior Security Consultant - Red TeamJoin NCC Group North America as a Senior Security Consultant specializing in Red Team operations in Madrid (Hybrid). You will be responsible for end‑to‑end adversarial simulations, from initial access to lateral movement and EDR evasion. Key Accountabilities Simulate advanced cyber‑attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications, and processes. Report findings and recommend actionable mitigations to technical and C‑level stakeholders. Collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, security teams, and leadership. Continuously update knowledge of adversarial techniques, tools, and industry trends. Mentor junior team members and deliver training on threat vectors and defensive best practices. What We're Looking For Advanced red‑team experience, with proven capability to design realistic attack campaigns. Proficiency in cloud platforms, Microsoft Active Directory, EDR/EPP bypasses, gateway filtering, and web proxies. Familiarity with European and Spanish regulatory frameworks (e.g., TIBER, CBEST, FEER). Cre0t certifications (CCT‑INF, CCSAS, or CCSAM) preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. Team‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver with experience working in global environments.
