We face challenges together and succeed together; we are part of something BIG If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and value the opinions and expertise of your teammates to deliver quality, come join us The specific focus of this team is to create reusable UI components for the application teams; the essential approach is a component-based UI and composite-UI architecture. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Excellent oral and written skills in English. 3+ years of recent experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Experience working in agile environments. Ability to work within an existing design system. Experience collaborating with engineering teams using Atlassian products including JIRA and Confluence. Proficient in Figma. Knowledge of JavaScript and component-based UI design; familiarity with micro-site / composite-UI architecture is a plus. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Help define product requirements by engaging with users and the business. Conduct various forms of user research, including user interviews and concept testing. Design, test, and iterate to create intuitive and scalable user experiences. Work with developers to implement designs—creating production-ready digital assets (PNG) and source code artifacts such as HTML/CSS. Participate in regular design critiques.
