Supervisión continua de la operación del servicio junto a cada una de las unidades involucradas en su ejecución.

Planificación y gestión de los recursos necesarios para cumplir los ANS, gestionar riesgos e impulsar mejoras continuas. Liderazgo del Comité de Seguimiento del Servicio.

Revisión de reportes y principales indicadores (KPI's).

Monitoreo y coordinación de las incidencias, implementando acciones correctivas para su rápida resolución, minimizando el impacto en la operación y negocio del cliente.

Comunicación y envío de notificaciones al cliente.

Verificación de la resolución de incidencias junto al cliente.

Elaboración de reportes de Servicio.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado/a deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

  1. Grado universitario en informática, ingeniería informática o campo relacionado (preferible).
  2. Experiencia laboral previa en roles de gestión en el ámbito de la seguridad.
  3. Francés Fluido (se realizará prueba de idiomas).

Deseable:

  1. Certificaciones en el ámbito de la Seguridad.
  2. Certificaciones en metodología ITIL.
