We are seeking an Ad monetization specialist for immediate incorporation to our monetization Department. Responsibilities Monitor and Optimize Ad ARPDAU, Ad Revenue, eCPM, Impressions, and Fill rates among live Ad network partners through: Segmenting users to optimize Ad targeting Running A/B tests to optimize ad network-based monetization efforts Negotiating deals to constantly optimize Ad revenue generated through ad network partners Proposing in-game improvements (new formats, placements, rewards, capping and cooldown) as well as ad serving improvements (new networks, mediation providers, etc.) Waterfall and bidding management Resolving technical and other issues that might arise (user complaints, integration problems, etc.) Manage business relationships with ad network partners, from on‑boarding to post‑integration Consistently play games of our clients and their competitors to discover new ad revenue growth opportunities Benchmark/Evaluate Ad networks to be used based on monetization potential, integration constraints, Collaborating and effectively communicating with all stake‑holders, including client’s in‑house teams (UA, Data Analysts, Product teams, etc.) Stay on top of industry trends (ad monetization and beyond) Actively work on signing up new clients Qualifications 3‑5 years of monetizacion experience You are a highly analytical and detail‑oriented person You are able to compile and analyze performance data and metrics You are highly organized and can focus on several projects at once You are proficient in Excel Your English is fluent; excellent written and verbal communication You are proactive and take initiative, with a problem‑solving attitude You are comfortable receiving feedback/direction You have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building productive and positive relationships with clients, external partners and peers You have preferably a background in mobile advertising technology You have a passion for results, a consistent track record of exceeding targets You are a self‑starter and organized Benefits Professional growth in a technological environment Dynamic environment surrounded by the best professionals Permanent internal training Free Friday afternoons 35‑hour week for the full months of July and August Permanent contract Free coffee, tea and fresh fruit #J-18808-Ljbffr
