The company is present in 100 countries with over 400 single-brand shops situated on the most prestigious international shopping streets, a distribution network with over a thousand official points of sales and important growing channels such as travel retail and e-commerce. We are looking for a competitive retail Supervisor. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.ResponsibilitiesDevelop every sales action working as example and guide for the team (Turnover, KPI’s)Work on the fidelity of every customer and prevent the sales or promotionsArrange the briefing (communicate daily objectives and the distribution of all tasks)In charge for opening / closing the store (keys holder), handling the cash-deskHandle the cash in and its deposit, the closing and the recipe of the cash taking care of its securityEmail to the management all results of the daily activity every eveningKnow how to guide and coach a Sales Assistant during the sales and after sales activitiesOptimization of the display capacity and visual merchandising guidelinesManage opening and closing activities of the package being a guide for these team’s dutiesFollow the specific procedures set to control the package and to verify which are the defective products emailing to the HQ all information related to the pieces rejectedAchieve the partial inventories and arrange the activity of all inventories periodsHave a focus on the Best Sellers and ask to the Store Manager if the related proposals for the replenishment can be authorizedHandling the external stock, the replenishment and re-assortmentsQualificationsProven working experience in retail salesAt least 3 years of experience in SalesGood standingOrganized and accurateAble to work in fast paced environmentFlexibleClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong English and additional languages beneficial#J-18808-Ljbffr
