The role : Junior Legal Counsel (M/F/X)Your Responsibilities:Work on a broad range of legal matters in close cooperation with internal teams based in Spain, France, Switzerland and GermanyReview and verify legal documentation provided by customers and subcontractorsDraft and renew commercial agreements, as well as update our internal databasesSupport the review of commercial and corporate agreementsContribute to the drafting, updating and management of internal legal policiesContribute to legal research on various topics in order to support other departments and monitor legal developments impacting the businessSupport the development and monitoring of GDPR complianceContribute to the deployment and follow-up of the Group’s CSR action planPerform administrative tasks and provide general support to the Legal Department, including assistance in the preparation of presentations and training materialsTranslate and harmonize legal documents (agreements, internal legal policies) in several languagesWhat we are looking for:A candidate who holds a Master’s degree in LawA candidate with 1–2 years of professional experience within the Legal Department of a company, ideally in an international environmentFluency in both English and French is required; Spanish and/or German would be a plusA proactive, reliable and solution-oriented legal professionalSomeone comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and demanding international environmentA well-organized and detail-oriented profile, with strong analytical and communication skillsA candidate able to interact effectively with external partnersWe offer:A competitive compensation plan (salary, meal vouchers, health insurance, paid sport membership…)Various missions and projects that will allow you to have a real impact on the companyThe ability to work autonomously and to drive new initiativesA great office in the heart of MadridFlexible working conditions (hours, teleworking, ...)A question?
