SQL Analyst (Contract) – CRM Segmentation | Braze | Advanced SQL | 6‑Month Contract Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland A growing online marketplace is hiring a SQL Analyst on a 6‑month contract to help level up their CRM and data activation capabilities. This is a hands‑on role focused on warehouse‑driven segmentation , data quality , and building reliable audience logic that powers large‑scale CRM campaigns via Braze. You’ll work in a small, high‑impact environment where autonomy, accuracy, and ownership matter. *Interviews taking place ASAP Responsibilities Translating CRM/Marketing objectives into reusable SQL‑based audience and trait logic Building segmentation tables/views in the warehouse with clear documentation Improving reliability and integrity between warehouse ↔ Braze Replacing manual CSV audience uploads with automated data flows Creating a library of self‑serve SQL snippets to reduce ad‑hoc requests Supporting test‑and‑learn set‑up: holdouts, lift measurement, attribution inputs Partnering with CRM, Data Engineering, BI and Product Tech Environment Advanced SQL (core requirement) Modern data warehouse (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift) dbt for modelling Exposure to CDP or reverse‑ETL tools is a plus (Hightouch/Census/Rudderstack) What We’re Looking For 3–6+ years in analytics or CRM data roles with advanced SQL Strong hands‑on Braze experience (not just campaign insight — actual segmentation/traits/data flows) Experience building audiences at scale and handling identity edge cases Solid production hygiene (testing, QA, version control, observability) Collaborative, structured, and comfortable working independently when needed Key Points Streamlined interview process: live SQL test + stakeholder chats This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys owning segmentation logic end‑to‑end, improving data reliability, and enabling CRM teams to ship campaigns at scale without bottlenecks.
