Tus tareas Buscamos un/a Underwriter (Madrid, híbrido) para unirse a Barents Surety, grupo internacional especializado en seguros de caución. Funciones: Evaluar la solvencia financiera de clientes (DSCR, liquidez, apalancamiento, fondo de maniobra). Analizar contratos, garantías adicionales y riesgos técnicos de proyectos. Negociar y diseñar condiciones de pólizas (capacidad, primas, contragarantías). Emitir pólizas siguiendo las políticas internas (UW Guidelines, four-eyes principle, Special Acceptance). Monitorizar cartera, mercado y tendencias sectoriales. Tu perfil Requisitos: Experiencia en caución, análisis financiero o banca (2–4 años). Conocimiento técnico del seguro de caución y de las métricas financieras. Inglés B-2/C-1, Excel avanzado; se valorará Power BI/Tableau. Perfil analítico, riguroso y con visión comercial. ¿Por qué nosotros?
