Our professionals are led by values, focusing on people and believing that without them, nothing would be possible.NTT Data Business Consulting focuses on strategy, innovation, and transformational projects, adopting a unique way of providing consultancy.We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting (Strategy & Operations) with a specific focus on the Energy and Utilities sector.You will help our clients re‑think their business and operating models within the changing energy environment, leveraging decentralization, digitalization, decarbonization, and data‑driven operations.Evolve and transform their business models to capture opportunities from the new digital economy and energy transition.Undergo digital transformation , introducing disruptive technologies and data analytics into all business processes to enable new competitive advantages and change traditional ways of working.Manage complex transformational programs in multinational companies.Your new role:Work on challenging projects that have a meaningful impact on clients.Diversify your experience and know‑how through a polyvalent role across different projects and multidisciplinary teams.Develop a deep understanding of the energy industry, allowing us to have a real impact on our clients.Address customers’ challenges by applying analytical frameworks and conceptualizing strategy development.Develop and synthesize business conclusions and communicate them to high executive sponsors (C‑Level).Take part in our full business cycle, helping design new offerings, project proposals, and engaging customers for business continuity.What we expect from you:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Business Administration, Economics, or similar are also considered.At least 2 years of experience working in management consulting, energy & utilities companies, or similar industries. Energy knowledge is highly valuable.Proficiency in Office 365 tools to develop complex business cases and C‑Level documents.Proficiency in English.
