Join us to tailor transformations to our clients' challenges, validated by science and data, powered by creativity and design, and underpinned by purposeful technology.Role The Business & Solution Architect specialized in TELCO, with deep knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operations Support Systems), will be part of the team responsible for designing technological and business solutions that align the capabilities of commercial and operational support systems with the organization\'s strategic objectives. This role could cover from business modeling to the definition and implementation of technical solutions, optimizing the organization\'s operational and commercial efficiency in the Telco sector.Responsibilities Business modeling: Develop optimized business models for operation, considering the integration and evolution of BSS and OSS systems.Business capability analysis: Evaluate and improve business capabilities that enhance the efficiency of services, from customer management (BSS) to network and service operations (OSS).Digital transformation: Lead digital transformation & optimization initiatives, including new technologies that enhance both BSS and OSS capabilities.High Level technical solution design: Develop robust technical solutions that address specific needs in BSS and OSSBSS/OSS systems integration: Capability to propose architectures for seamless integration between business and operational support systems, ensuring efficient service management and customer experience.Technology selection: Choose platforms and tools that efficiently support network management, process automation, and service delivery in the Telco sector.Technology innovation: Propose new technologies and architectural approaches to improve the competitiveness, scalability, and flexibility of support systems in telecommunications.Requirements Extensive experience working in a business/solution architect role within Consulting specializated in telco industry standards eTOM, TAM & SIDKnowledge in Telecom OSS application architecturesKnowledge in Telecom OSS protocols (SNMP, TMN/Q3, CMIP...)Deep understanding of different software architecture and design principles, specially related with integration patterns and best practices such as events, synchronous vs. asynchronousExpertise of Cloud Architecture and componentsAbility to manage several projects simultaneouslyTeam oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholdersEducation & Experience 10+ years’ experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting5 + years’ experience in Telco clients with BSS/OSS business knowledgeUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related disciplineLocation Madrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
