Integration Program Manager

Duetto's success relies on the quality and diversity of our integrations and partnerships. The Integration Program Manager is the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders focused on establishing and optimizing the processes and communication channels that enable our technology and data partnerships to scale. This role is responsible for establishing and streamlining operational processes, driving communication and ensuring stakeholder alignment and establishing project tracking and transparency. This role will also assist with resource capacity planning and delivery of integration opportunities and enhancements, as well as participate in formulating the integration's product roadmap.ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementOversee the planning and execution of integration projects.Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.Maintain & communicate project timelines cross-companyEstablish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risksDevelop an evaluation process to understand the health and depth of each integrationDocumentationEnsure comprehensive documentation of integration processes and solutions.Design, implement and maintain a scalable system for timeline and status tracking for core and alternative integrations.Establish key metrics and transparent reporting to support visibility into integration pipeline and to provide actionable insights related to the certification processMaintain an up-to-date knowledge base for troubleshooting and future reference.Create a structure in Confluence and ensure team follows itEstablish and maintain Integration page in Salesforce enabling the different stakeholder needs - Customer Support/Success, Product, Sales and PartnershipsMaintain central repository of supporting documentationCommunication/Risk ManagementProvide regular project updates and reports to executive leadership.Identify potential risks and challenges in integration projects.Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.Required QualificationsFive or more years of project management experienceStrong attention to cross team dependenciesDemonstrated success in designing and implementing new operational processesFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyPreferred QualificationsExperience with SalesForce and Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence)Experience with SaaS productsExperience in Hospitality fieldAbout DuettoDuetto delivers a suite of SaaS cloud-native applications for hospitality businesses to optimize every booking opportunity for greater revenue impact.
