Sales Manager – Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS | Central and Eastern EuropeWe are looking for a hands‑on and results‑driven Sales Manager to drive business for our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in the Central European market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria). You will focus on identifying new opportunities and managing sales engagements with utilities, EPCs, and developers, working closely with Gotion’s technical and operations teams in China to deliver tailored energy storage solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and support sales of grid‑scale BESS solutions to utilities, project developers, renewables, C&I, and EPCsLead the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closingIdentify new project opportunities and engage with regional market stakeholdersCollaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and product teams to support proposalsMonitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor landscapeRepresent Gotion at selected industry events and meetingsProvide regular reporting on pipeline status, customer feedback, and deal progressQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Energy‑related disciplineAt least 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in energy storage, renewables, EPC, or industrial power solutionsExperience in selling into European marketsStrong communication and relationship‑building skills across culturesEnglish, knowledge of a European language is a plusWillingness to travel as neededSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Business Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
