Associate Consultant (SAP Logistics & Supply Chain)We are seeking a Senior SAP Data Migration Consultant to lead data migration activities for a large-scale, multi-year S/4HANA transformation. This role will oversee extraction, transformation, validation, and loading of complex data objects across multiple countries and business units.This is a 3+ year programme with multiple deployment waves and high-volume data migration requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end SAP data migration workstream for S/4HANA deployments across numerous countries.Define migration strategy, scope, methodology, and cutover approach for each wave.Perform complex data extraction, transformation, and loading activities using LSMW, BODS , and custom ETL scripts.Develop SQL queries and scripts for data validation, profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation.Build and maintain VBA tools for mass data preparation, automation, and quality checks.Work with Oracle database and legacy systems to extract and map data into S/4HANA structures.Collaborate with functional teams to define data rules, mapping logic, and transformation requirements.Ensure migration objects meet S/4HANA standards and resolve mapping discrepancies.Oversee data mock loads, trial conversions, data verification workshops, and defect resolution.Manage data sign-off processes, exception handling, and readiness for cutover.Coordinate with global/local teams to align data governance, cleansing activities, and master data standards.Provide expert guidance on tooling, best practices, and performance optimisation for large-scale migrations.Required Skills & Experience5+ years working in SAP data migration roles, including large global programmes.Strong hands-on experience with:SQL (advanced level)VBA for automation and data preparationLSMW (mass upload, field mapping, batch input)BODS (SAP Data Services ETL)Deep understanding of SAP master data and transactional data structures.Experience migrating data into S/4HANA , including activation of new data models and structures.Proven background managing multiple migration cycles (mock loads, rehearsals, cutover).Ability to manage data quality, cleansing, and governance across multiple countries.Strong documentation skills for mapping sheets, transformation rules, technical specs, and validation logs.Experience working in multi-country, multi-wave deployment programmes.Seniority level: AssociateEmployment type: ContractJob function: ConsultingIndustries: Information Technology & Services and IT Services and IT ConsultingLocation: Solna, Stockholm County, Sweden (Posted 1 month ago)#J-18808-Ljbffr
