Job Purpose:The Product Marketing Manager will lead in the alignment of both the product go-to-market strategy and brand objectives to drive both sales and end user adoption. They will use their expertise to execute day-to-day product marketing tasks, drive successful product launches, develop customer presentations, assist with product education programs, drive product adoption for customers, monitor competitive activity, and form plans to increase global market share.Roles and responsibilities:Develop effective go-to-market sales enablement materials for new product announcements and feature enhancements with support from the Product teamManage product strategies and plansCommunicate product value propositions to new and existing customers through customer presentations, sales flyers, videos, display ads, email marketing campaigns and moreManage product communications internally and externally with support from the Product Communications Manager for release notesAssist with ongoing training and education programs, including digital training materials, for existing and new productsManage the development and maintenance of brand materialsUnderstand Cendyn’s competitive landscape and perform market researchPartner with the product team to ensure brand voice and vision is carried throughout the entire product line(s)Utilize competitive trade promotion – field visits, market track analysis for product mix, promotions and pricingMaintain regular communication with the Demand Generation team to ensure both teams are alignedUse the CMS to post blogs and update product content on the website.Key Metrics:Support meeting and/or exceeding companywide go-get revenue number(s)Increased product usageIncreased NPS score(s)Usage of product marketing assetsMeet or exceed monthly MQLsQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS product marketing is ideal, ideally in travel technology or the hospitality industryStrong project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and skillsMust be a self-starter who can work independently, and drive projects forwardMust be highly organized and flexible, with ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced environmentMust have a good understanding of digital advertising and event managementExperience with Salesforce, Adobe and Microsoft technology stackA valid international passportEEO Statement:Cendyn provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
