Project Management Officer Junior - H ou F - entre 45 et 65K

Le PMO Junior assiste le PMO de la DITN dans l’exercice de l’ensemble de ses activités. Il veille notamment à ce que les moyens nécessaires soient fournis aux équipes du Programme Extended Monaco pour mener à bien leurs projets.

Activités principales :
  • Suivre les différents projets et participer aux réunions hebdomadaires avec le PMO de la DITN ;
  • Participer à l’élaboration d’ordres du jour et rédiger des comptes-rendus de réunions ;
  • Elaborer des présentations Power Point ;
  • Assurer le suivi avec les PMOs des différentes Directions constituant la DITN des tâches à réaliser, des différentes étapes de la conduite des projets et de la communication sur les jalons des projets ;
  • Rechercher et consolider les informations internes et externes ;
  • Suivre l'avancement des projets et l’actualisation des outils de suivi utilisés par la DITN (notamment Sciforma / One2Team et Jira Confluence) ;
  • Aider à la mise en place de méthodes et d’outils de suivi de projets ;
  • Documenter les procédures ;
  • Formaliser et partager les bonnes pratiques ;
  • Effectuer, avec le support des PMOs et Chefs de Projets, le reporting des activités de la DITN ;
  • Assurer le suivi administratif ;
  • Aider à la définition, la mise en œuvre et au suivi d’indicateurs de performance de la conduite des projets ;
  • Assister dans l’élaboration du plan de charge de l’équipe DITN (juridique, contractualisation, données personnelles, homologation, communication).

Être titulaire d’un diplôme national sanctionnant au minimum cinq années d’études supérieures ou d’un diplôme reconnu équivalent par une autorité compétente dans le pays d’obtention, dans le domaine de la gestion de projets.

Durée d’expérience requise : A minima 3 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires.

Savoirs :
  • Expérience en gestion de projet ;
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la suite office, notamment Excel, Power Point, Word et Outlook ;
  • Utilisateur avancé d'Excel pour croiser des données issues de différentes sources et outils ;
  • Capacité à avoir une vue exhaustive de l'ensemble des projets au sein de la DITN ;
  • Capacité d'adaptation ;
  • Être réactif et savoir travailler dans l’urgence ;
  • Capacité à travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle ;
  • Capacité à définir et mesurer des indicateurs avec des outils type BI ;
  • Capacité d’analyse, de modélisation et de synthèse ;
  • Capacité à restituer régulièrement auprès de sa hiérarchie de l’avancée des dossiers ;
  • Capacité à suivre un planning afin de veiller à la réalisation des objectifs dans les délais impartis ;
  • Capacité à transmettre des informations ;
  • Capacité à illustrer des présentations et à visualiser des données pour la prise de décision ;
  • Savoir gérer les interactions avec des interlocuteurs variés, fonctionnels, techniques ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue française (lu, écrit, parlé) ;
  • Expérience en change management et / ou communication serait un plus ;
  • Connaissance des logiciels Sciforma / One2Team et Jira Confluence serait un plus ;
  • Connaissance des langages de développement VBA, VBScript serait un plus.
