Location: Marbella, Málaga, Spain (On‑site) Company: Elephas Studio Design and Construction SL Employment Type: Full‑time, Project‑based Contract Salary: Starting at €18,000+ Gross/Year Key Responsibilities In this role, you will perform a wide range of essential construction and masonry tasks. Specifically, your daily duties will include the following: Masonry Works: You will handle the construction of partitions, plastering, flooring, and tiling. Structural Tasks: You must execute formwork (encofrados) and various concrete pouring activities. Renovation: You will assist in the repairs, reforms, and general maintenance of existing structures. Safety Compliance: It is mandatory that you follow all on‑site safety regulations and health protocols. Candidate Requirements We welcome candidates who are motivated and ready for immediate incorporation. While experience is valued, it is not strictly required for these positions. Consequently, our requirements include: Technical Skills: You should have basic knowledge of construction materials and the use of manual and power tools. Physical Ability: You must be capable of working at heights and performing manual labor effectively.
