Business Processes Senior Consultant – SAP The role focuses on leading the design and delivery of analytics and data management solutions in the cloud, leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BW Lift & Shift to RISE, and related technologies. Responsibilities Deliver strategic advisory to help customers develop an analytics roadmap and strategy that aligns with their vision and business imperatives. Bring strong thought‑leadership and a cloud mindset, clearly understanding cloud concepts and architecture to guide SAP customers on their journey to the cloud. Articulate and lead analytics business use‑case discovery with business users at all levels, including C‑suite, executives, and senior managers. Lead the design, build, and deployment of analytics and data management solutions for SAP customers. Serve as a visualization architect to recommend the most effective visualization stories for customers’ KPI’s. Contribute to the solution knowledge base by developing technical articles and best practices. Act as a proactive, results‑focused team player and self‑starter, building broad internal networks within the organization. Participate in the sales process as a subject‑matter expert when needed. Personal Skills and Requirements Minimum of 10 years proven experience with analytics and data management solutions in an enterprise SAP environment. Extensive experience with at least one of the following products: SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Intelligence, Lift & Shift of SAP BW in RISE, or SAP Business Technology Platform. Customer Facing Skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with solid presentation experience in Italian and English. Ability to present complex information clearly and precisely to a non‑technical audience. Skill in capturing customer requirements and translating them into software specifications. Education and Qualifications Engineer school, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields. Location Madrid or Barcelona. Travel Requirements High percentage of national and international travel required.
