Sales & Marketing Consultant (German-speaking) Hybrid role, Barcelona, SpainMon - Fri | 8:00 - 17:00 Are you a German‑speaking professional ready to make an impact in the world of digital marketing? As a Sales & Marketing Consultant, you’ll advise clients, optimise PPC campaigns, and strengthen long‑term relationships in the German market. What You’ll Do Onboard and guide new clients through the digital advertising journey. Design and optimise PPC campaigns with measurable results. Promote services via outbound calls and identify upselling opportunities. Analyse data to drive performance and manage client interactions using CRM tools. Leverage AI‑driven insights to improve outreach and client engagement. What We're Looking For Fluent in German (at least C1) and proficient in English. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business). About 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with German business culture and GDPR compliance. A proactive attitude, curiosity, and passion for digital marketing. What’s In It For You Competitive salary + sales bonus: up to 3,000–4,290 EUR gross per year. Permanent contract & full‑time position (39 h/week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid work setup.
