IT Systems and Virtualization SpecialistJoin to apply for the IT Systems and Virtualization Specialist role at Product PulseExperienced IT professional with expertise in administering, optimizing, and supporting operating systems and virtualization platforms across the entire organization.This role will report to the Business Operation Manager and will lead operative technical support and digital transformation to the Business operations.This role is designed to evolve as part of a structured career development plan, progressively incorporating responsibilities related to cybersecurity and data management.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Ensure the availability of Azure Cloud Platforms.Design and deploy virtualization solutions using VMware or other platforms.Monitor system health, perform updates, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.Implement security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.Maintain the cybersecurity frameworks.Help Desk functions and technical onboarding plan.Lead the technical implementation of Artificial Intelligence solutions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.Document infrastructure configurations, maintain updated hardware/software inventory and standard operating procedures to ensure traceability and audit readiness.Manage user provisioning, permissions and security groups through Active Directory and identity providers, ensuring proper access control and least‑privilege principles.Administer switches, VPNs, VLANs and wireless networks, ensuring segmentation, security and optimal performance across the organization.Manage and maintain backup solutions and network storage systems (NAS/SAN) ensuring data protection and recovery capabilities.Systems Operations & Business EnablementSupport IT compliance and audit processes (ENS, ISO27001, GDPR), maintaining security baselines, documentation and alignment with corporate policies.Participate in controlled deployment and change management processes to ensure system stability and minimize downtime.Support the business continuity strategy by maintaining backups, redundancy and disaster recovery readiness for critical systems.Experience with automation and infrastructure management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, SCCM or Intune to improve scalability and standardization.Experience using IT service management platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, GLPI) to manage incidents, requests and change tracking efficiently.Lead initiatives focused on digital transformation, operational excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Support the deployment and integration of AI‑driven tools to enhance decision‑making, forecasting and operational agility.Salesforce technical support and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise platforms, maintaining data integrity, access controls and reporting capabilities.Administration of external platform connections across the IT infrastructure to ensure the business operative.RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications or related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience as Systems and Virtualization Administrator.
