This exciting role offers the opportunity to build a middle mile network for AMXL Japan, where one will drive operational excellence by managing key performance metrics, optimizing resource utilization, ensuring on-time shipments, and leading strategic capacity planning. You will work on short term plans on the activation of new connections, manage capacity planning. The role will require you to troubleshoot operational issues. Additionally, you'll strategize and implement new initiatives, optimize for cost and efficiency.About the teamAMXL is a single-threaded organization that owns the end-to-end Customer experience for heavy and bulky products. AMXL consolidates supply chain, tech, FC operations, transportation, delivery stations, and last mile delivery. We also provide special handling services such as Room of Choice delivery, Haul-Away and Installation/Assembly for select items.We are a dynamic, fast-growing team dedicated to building and optimizing a robust logistics network.
