Join to apply for the Responsable People & Culture (M/F/D) role at BELECTRIC GmbH Responsibilities Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting vacancies, managing applications, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews. Maintain accurate employee records and data. Prepare People & Culture related correspondence, scheduling meetings, and updating documentation. Support employee engagement activities and wider People & Culture projects as required. Support line managers in all aspects of People & Culture, advising on employment law issues and best practice. Coordinate Payroll administration via external provider. Training – booking all HSE, development, and job role training; managing training cost agreements. Contractor management – reporting on contractor hours. Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant subject. Experience across a broad range of HR topics including record administration, employee relations, training & development. Good numerical skills and comfortable dealing with budgets and financial figures. Proficient language skills in Spanish and English. ELECTRIC España was founded in **** with the goal of developing photovoltaic and energy storage projects, covering the entire value chain—from development to operation and maintenance.
