Oversee daily operations, coordinate with other departments, and maintain the high standards of the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations within the Retreat and personalized services.Lead, motivate, and develop the Retreat team to ensure outstanding service, presentation, and professionalism.Ensure a seamless, consistent, and highly personalized guest experience from arrival to departure.Anticipate guest preferences, manage special requests, and coordinate bespoke experiences.Handle guest concerns with discretion, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring excellent resolution.Work closely with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments.Proactively follow up with VIP, repeat, and special‑occasion guests.Accurately record and maintain all relevant guest information in internal systems.Uphold brand standards, service quality, and privacy within the Retreat area.Support ongoing team training and participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.What We Are Looking ForPrevious supervisory experience in exclusive environments such as Retreat, Club Level, Concierge, Guest Relations, or luxury Front Office operations.Strong leadership, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills.Ability to inspire teams and maintain the highest service standards.A genuine passion for personalized luxury service and refined problem‑solving.Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.Valid work authorization for Spain.BenefitsCompetitive salary above market standards and flexible compensation.Hotel discounts at over 9,500 Marriott properties worldwide.20% discount on Food & Beverage at all our hotels and 50% discount at the resort’s culinary offerings.Up to 75% discount on flights for Tenerife residents traveling to mainland Spain.Corporate benefits with exclusive discounts on leisure and travel.Special birthday gift.Complimentary guest stay after one year of service.13th and 14th salary payments.Continuous training through our corporate university.Career development and growth opportunities within an international company.Complimentary staff meals.Uniform and laundry service provided (department‑dependent).Team events, celebrations, and engagement activities.Participation in social responsibility initiatives.Comprehensive corporate medical care.Benefits subject to internal policies and applicable tax regulations.Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer.
