Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gijón for a Business Operations & Growth Lead. The individual in this role will oversee and optimize daily business operations, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the organization's reach. Responsibilities include managing resources, leading cross‑functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to implement goals. The role also involves devising initiatives to drive efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining alignment with the company's mission.
