This role combines vision with hands-on execution as it will ensure cost efficiency, supply chain resilience, sustainability compliance, and supplier performance across all relevant categories. The VP will play a key role in driving value creation, digitalization, and innovation in procurement, while supporting TAKKT’s group-wide transformation and sustainability goals.**Where You Make An Impact*** Develop and implement a long-term procurement strategy aligned with divisional and group-level objectives.* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and drive category management excellence.* Build strategic supplier partnerships to ensure quality, reliability, innovation, and competitiveness.* Optimize the procurement organization to increase efficiency and transparency; Manage complexity and oversee day-to-day procurement activities.* Drive procurement digitalization, including automation and data-driven decision-making.* Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team across locations.* Act as a strong business partner to Sales, Product Management/ Marketing, Logistics, and Finance.* Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements**Because You Matter (example)*** **Competitive** salary and benefits package.* **Flexible working hours** with a hybrid model require **60% office presence**, plus regular visits to our Stuttgart office.* **Modern office location** with ergonomic workspaces, and a collaborative atmosphere* **Career & development:** Access to a strong network, individual training opportunities.* **Support & responsibility:** Family services for every life situation, plus active promotion of sustainability and social engagement.**What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit*** University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.* 10+ years of progressive procurement experience, including roles in both small and large organizations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally in an industrial, packaging, or B2B distribution environment.* Proven ability to build procurement structures and manage large supplier bases.* Strong background in strategic sourcing, cost optimization, and supplier development.* Familiarity with procurement digitalization and ERP/P2P systems (SAP, Coupa).* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.* Fluent in English; German is a strong asset.Then apply now and become part of the TAKKT family.
