DescriptionCiklum is looking for a Senior Product Management Specialist to join our team in Spain. About the role: As a Senior Product Management Specialist, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The ideal candidate will possess a robust foundation of product management skills and will be capable of executing their responsibilities without guidance. This role requires a deep understanding of product management best practices, effective research methods, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities: Work on Continuous Product Discovery: Product Owner is responsible for the entire product, maximizing the value delivered (functionality, quality, and performance) Works on the product backlog and is solely responsible for product prioritization Works on the product strategy and technological innovation, keeping it aligned with the tribe strategy Is responsible for the product roadmap Establishes product metrics to ensure objectives and value contribution to the user Has knowledge of the business processes that affect his product Has deep knowledge of the user and interacts with them to understand their needs Promotes that users collaborate and participate in the evolution and development of the product Ensures that the team knows and understands the product strategy Fosters product management, autonomy, and responsibility within the team Is available and accessible to the team Fosters the continuous development of all team roles to ensure that they can fulfill their responsibilities Collaborates with the tribe ensuring that his product is aligned with the needs of the users. users Proactively encourages the feeling of belonging to the tribe, with the user being the focus of all decisions and not exclusively the product Execute Cross-functional Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effectively, communicating technical concepts clearly with the development team Inspire cross-functional teams to think creatively, ensuring product development is guided by customer feedback, market trends, and business impact Work independently with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery Translate complex technical requirements into clear, motivating objectives for the team Facilitate discussions with technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding Demonstrate effective time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines Leverage Essential Skills for Dynamic Product Management: Clearly articulate product vision, strategies, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, tailoring communication to different audiences and ensuring alignment across teams Make informed, data-driven decisions that align with company goals, even in complex or uncertain situations, ensuring that product development is focused on measurable outcomes Show initiative and solve problems independently Demonstrate effective leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members Leverage effective presentation techniques and an ability to engage the audience with compelling storytelling and well-designed visual aids Demonstrate strong time management and teamwork skills, working collaboratively to meet deadlines and tackle product challenges, especially in complex situations Mentor junior team members and encourage continuous learning Requirements: Sportsbook domain knowledge is mandatory, preferably with experience on feeds integrations Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field building/shipping technical products 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology-focused environment Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and understand customer-centric product development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling product management tools and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team-oriented environment Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus User and quality oriented Must work with UX in the conceptualization and subsequent design of the product screens What`s in it for you?
