About the Role:
The Team Manager will be responsible for supervising operators, optimizing production processes, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. Key activities include planning training sessions, ensuring product quality, providing excellent service to internal customers, controlling costs, achieving production targets, maintaining hygiene, and following up on maintenance schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
