The Cefetra Group consists of various agricultural and food ingredients trading and supply chain management companies with leading brands in the ingredients business. We work closely together to provide the best possible service to our customers. We develop supply chains with suppliers and create value by sourcing and supplying raw materials to the global food and feed industry. Bridge management control and accounting operations. Act as a key link between accounting and business insight, supporting informed decision‑making and driving operational efficiency across the organization. Support the Financial Controller in improving financial planning and reporting processes. Prepare and analyse financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to support business decisions. Prepare and maintain general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting documentation as needed. Support audit processes, coordinating with internal and external auditors. Contribute to automation, standardisation, and process optimisation within the finance function. Ensure strong communication and alignment between accounting, controlling, and operational teams. At least 6 years' experience in audit (preferably Big4) or corporate finance within technically demanding environments. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and Taxes. Strong process analysis skills and a focus on continuous improvement. Fluent in both Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.
