We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead a technology team responsible for the end-to-end application delivery process of CLP (Corporate Life & Pensions) solutions ensuring that projects and enhancements are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our business stakeholders. CLP IT Platforms enable our underwriters to create, price and manage the lifecycle of quotes for corporate life group risk clients globally. Reporting directly to the CLP Platforms Delivery Manager you will be working closely with cross‑functional teams, including developers, project managers, business analysts, and QA testers, to ensure successful change execution. In an agile environment, you will have the chance to take a hands‑on leadership role in driving the growth and enhancement of CLP solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business. As the technology team lead, you will be instrumental in advancing our global CLP platforms across our Business Units. What Can You Expect? As an Application Delivery Lead you will have the opportunity to : Lead a team of engineers, developers, and quality assurance specialists to ensure that CLP platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Continuously improve delivery performance and provide technical guidance and support to team members. Lead the implementation of IT initiatives utilizing your expertise in React, .NET, MS SQL, Azure DevOps, and Rest APIs to direct the development of robust and scalable solutions. Contribute to the assessment of customer needs, issues and business drivers and recommend processes and improvements to enhance CLP Platforms. Support the management of key stakeholder relationships across the organization to achieve engagement and provide technical leadership in the design and development of CLP Platforms. Ensure that IT requirements are properly addressed in projects and ensure delivery of assigned work streams is successful. Work with the business units to ensure that the disaster recovery capability meets business requirements, including planning, performance of testing, communication and restoration of services in response to a major outage or disaster, as well as setting up IT services in coordination with the business. Support the management of service delivery for CLP Platforms according to Service Level Agreements and address gaps with the business. Report application service performance to the business acting where necessary to address application performance issues. Ensure compliance with IT applications, development and maintenance service management, governance standards and policies. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards Support the management of internal and external suppliers as required in the delivery of CLP Platforms Support the development and maintenance of the CLP Platforms technology roadmap Ensure compliance with appropriate internal control and regulatory requirements, and provide assistance and support for audits, where applicable. We are waiting for you Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area with extensive knowledge of platform architecture, development, and deployment. Practical experience implementing / managing programs / projects along with ongoing operational support Practical experience utilizing .NET technology in delivering IT programs / projects Practical experience of legacy platform migrations Practical experience utilizing Agile methodology to lead / deliver IT programs / projects Proficiency in React, .NET, SQL, Azure DevOps, and Rest APIs. Knowledge of Databricks serving endpoint technology Knowledge of Mulesoft and delivery of integrated platforms Experience in the insurance or finance industry, preferably with a background in pricing and actuarial systems Experience of working in an international environment, used to working across different countries / cultures Experience of vendor management Strong verbal and written communication skills Languages : English is a must, other languages are a plus And… What Makes Us Special?
