Liderará la definición de las políticas contables del grupo y la implementación de procedimientos contables de la compañía y sus filiales. Asegurará la correcta contabilización de los hechos económicos de las empresas del grupo, supervisando 1 persona en España y 2 en África. Asegurará la conciliación de la contabilidad con los flujos de efectivo. Liderará la automatización de los procesos contables y su integración con la base de datos del sistema. Será el/la responsable de la preparación de los estados financieros y de los informes mensuales y anuales de la actividad empresarial. Liderará el proceso de revisión anual con los auditores externos y elaborará de las Cuentas Anuales de la compañía.
Control de gestión y proyecciones financieras
Establecerá los mecanismos de seguimiento y control del negocio y actualizará las proyecciones en función de la evolución del negocio y de las nuevas iniciativas que la empresa ponga en marcha. Elaborará proyecciones financieras consistentes con las iniciativas estratégicas definidas por la Dirección para su presentación en Órganos de Dirección, inversores y financiadores.
Tesorería y financiación
Participará activamente en las negociaciones con bancos y otras instituciones de crédito. Trabajará, junto con asesores externos, para la consecución y maximización de las ayudas a la I+D y expansión internacional. Dará apoyo al CFO en los procesos de Due Diligence ligados a futuras operaciones corporativas.
Se requiere:
Formación: ADE, Económicas, Empresariales, etc.
IT : Excel, ERP, software financiero y análisis de datos.
Experiencia : Mínima de 4-5 años en el cargo similar (Responsable de Contabilidad de varias empresas, Gerente en firma de autoría…). Experiencia en proyectos de automatización de procedimientos contables e integración de sistemas de gestión y contabilidad y en la elaboración de proyecciones financieras. Se valorará muy positivamente: Experiencia en la utilización del Sistema Inmediato de Información (SII) a la Agencia Tributaria, conocimiento del sector de envío de remesas (money transfer), conocimientos en gestión de Bases de Datos, extracción de datos y programas de visualización de datos.
Competencias : Persona dinámica, autónoma, meticulosa, y con alta capacidad para bajar al detalle.
Contrato laboral indefinido. Régimen híbrido de trabajo; 2 días de teletrabajo (lunes-viernes). Jornada intensiva los viernes durante los meses de Junio – Septiembre. Retribución: 45K-50K.
