Medical Science Liaison – Reproductive Medicine Location: The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will provide scientific and medical support to healthcare professionals (HCPs), foster collaborations, and contribute to data generation efforts. The MSL will act as a key liaison between the medical community and internal stakeholders, ensuring the exchange of credible, balanced, and evidence-based information. Identify and map scientific leaders across Spain and keep stakeholder databases updated. Conduct scientific discussions and presentations related to therapeutic areas of interest, including on-label/off-label data, pipeline developments, and disease management. Ensure timely reporting of adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with regulations. Data Generation and Clinical Research Support Identify opportunities for real-world evidence generation, investigator-initiated studies, and post-marketing research. Act as a point of contact for unsolicited research proposals, facilitating review and follow-up. Contribute to the creation and review of scientific content for internal training, external communications, and promotional/non-promotional materials. Partner with internal departments such as commercial, market access, and clinical operations to provide scientific support and strategic input. Participate in the development and execution of local and regional medical plans. Comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards governing medical activities. Advanced degree in life sciences or medicine (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent). Background in clinical or academic research, ideally within reproductive medicine, gynaecology, endocrinology, or women's health. Previous experience in a fertility clinic or as a biologist/embryologist is a plus. Understanding of clinical research design, data interpretation, and medical writing. Strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and drive projects forward. Fluent in English and Spanish.
