Zona Franca Operario/a de Producción (Reactorista) El principal objetivo del puesto es llevar a cabo las reacciones de acuerdo con el programa de fabricación y los procedimientos establecidos con la finalidad de asegurar la disponibilidad de los productos según las necesidades del Planning, en las óptimas condiciones de seguridad, medioambiente, calidad, nivel de servicio y productividad. Sobre el puesto Poner en marcha la planta. Carga de los reactores. Control y seguimiento de la reacción mediante SCADA. Controlar la calidad durante la reacción. Control y seguimiento de los tiempos de proceso (OEE). Generar OT’s de mantenimiento. Cumplir con la política y normas de HSE&S establecidas en AkzoNobel (LSR – Life Saving Rules) y participar activamente en las iniciativas que se promuevan en dicho ámbito. Cumplir con los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo que apliquen en su área de actuación y con las normas de Planta, Seguridad, Salud y Medioambiente establecidas en la compañía. Asegurar que sus funciones están orientadas a conseguir los objetivos marcados (KPi´s). Velar por el cuidado de las máquinas. Comunicar de inmediato cualquier anomalía en el proceso. Contribuir activamente al mantenimiento de niveles de excelencia 5S de orden y limpieza establecidos en AkzoNobel. Contribuir activamente en los proyectos de mejora continua: ALPS / Lean Manufacturing etc. Participar en la formación establecida y aplicarla de forma efectiva en su ámbito de trabajo. Sobre ti Formación mínima de ESO. Muy valorable CFGM o CFGS. Experiencia de 2-3 años en puesto similar. Nivel nativo de castellano hablado y escrito. Conocer el funcionamiento de las máquinas y los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo vigentes de un entorno de producción química o similar.
